Shipping Rates

All our parcels are sent by tracked mail. We only charge a flat shipping rate, regardless of the size or weight of the items ordered.

Portugal

We offer free standard delivery for all orders over 150€ to addresses in continental Portugal!

• If your order does not qualify for free shipping, post charges per order are: 5,95€
• For addresses in the Azores and Madeira islands,  post charges per order are: 13,00€

European Union (EU)

• Spain: 13,50€
• Rest of European Union countries: 29,00€

Rest of the world

Note: We deliver to most countries around the world. Since countries outside the European Union are not liable to pay sales tax, the VAT amount will be removed from the invoice during checkout, for all deliveries to non-EU addresses. All our parcels are sent by international tracked mail.

Delivery times

• Continental Portugal: Please allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery.
• Azores and Madeira islands: Please allow 10 - 20 working days for delivery.
• EU countries: Please allow 3 - 10 working days for delivery.
• Rest of the world: Please allow 7 - 25 working days for delivery.

Shipping Policies

Packaging

All our orders, no matter how big or small, are shipped in a cardboard box. We do not use padded envelopes, this is to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping to outside the EU

International customers from outside the EU must be aware that the items may be held by the receiving countries tax authorities, who may charge various customs duties, taxes and fees. The customer is entirely responsible for these costs and Kult Games will not accept returns on grounds of unpaid import duties. Should an order be returned to us for this reason, the customer will be billed for any additional costs that we may incur. Please check beforehand with your local tax authorities, to make sure you understand which tax fees will be applied.

Items that have limited shipping destinations

There are a couple of items, that due to security concerns, are not shipped outside of the Iberian Peninsula, as such we limit the sale of aerosol cans to Portugal and Spain. This is to make sure that those items are not dispatched via airmail.

Courrier

We usually use several international carriers, so we have acess to the best possible prices for our clients. The choice between courriers will be made by KG. All our parcels are sent by tracked mail, so we can guaranty that you order arrives safely in your home.

Damaged or open cardboard box

If the cardboard box arrives damaged or open, please write this issue in the transport slip of the courrier. If you do not this, neigther KG or the courrier can be held acountable for transport damaged or theft.
